First edition. The Real Free Press has been edited by Robert. Olaf STOOP artist, designer, editor and member of the Provo-movement. The first issue of The Real Free Press was published in November 1968. This special issue in 1971, with “De MUTT & JEFF CARTOONS” by Bud FISHER, “De cartoons” by Harrison CADY, De snakenstreken van “SKIPPY” by Perci CROSBY and “Een terugblik op het verleden en een knipoog naar de toekomst: de cartoons van T.S. SULLIVANT”, all these “cartoons” have been translated into Dutch. Most texts are in Dutch, but also a few “cartoons” with texts in English.
