First edition of 800 copies, of which 20 “bibliophile copies”, 280 copies, numbered and signed and 500 other copies. This is one of the 280 copies, numbered and signed by Erik DIETMAN. This is the the second chapter of “In Praise of a Salad”, a novel written in Venice in 1967 and dedicated by the artist to “Oncle” Emmett Williams, “le chanteur” Robert Filliou and “Black-Smith” Daniel Spoerri. “ For Gentlemen”: un livre qui est le compte rendu, le constat objectif d’une tranche de vie d’Erik Dietman.
