First edition of 400, signed and numbered. This is number: 295. The first two hundred copies were given to the sponsor of this publication - the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (Schweiz) AG. So only two hundred copies were for sale. The photographs of New York have been taken in 1978, when René GROEBLI rented a room for two months in Hotel Holland, on the 22 nd floor of a building in the 42 nd Street, and, a selection of these photos have been combined with landscape photographs from the South of France.
