volume. I: “Taal/Beeld/Taal. Language/Image/Language. Language / Image Language”, 108 pages. Die Welt als Bild und Wort, printed handwritten text by Maarten BEKS. Contributions from 34 artists, among others: BEKS, DE VRIES, VAN BEVEREN, FINI, DHAINAUT and RAYNAL. This copy has not been numbered.

volume. II: “Mirror / Spiegel / Mirroir”. 126 pages. Es ergo sum, printed handwritten text by Maarten BEKS Contributions from 48 artists, such as BEKS, BOLTANSKI, KLAUKE, BEN, ULAY, GERRITSEN, ULRICHS, VAN BEVEREN, BRAND & HUISMAN and VAN AMEN.. This volume with two inserts: a printed card “happy art foundation” by Lies van der WIELEN & Charlotte GERARDS + a folded little poster entitled “Street Structure” by David PARSONS, numbered (one of only 120 copies), dated (“1974”) and signed. This is one of the hand-numbered copies.

volume III: “Transit / Translation / Transformation”. 244 pages. Qu’est-ce que un poète si ce n’est pas un traducteur, un déchiffreur? (Charles Baudelaire), printed handwritten text by Maarten BEKS. Contributions, often specially made for this publication, among others from: BEKS, BOLTANSKI, MESSAGER, ONTANI, BALDESSARI, EXPORT, ANNA BANANA, EIJKELBOOM, and VAN AMEN. This volume with an original color photograph by ONTANI, a woodcut by GERRITSEN, a drawing by GIJZEN and a screen print by BEKS and VAN DER FELTZ. This is one of the hand-numbered copies. And complete with a copy of EXCHANGING LANGUAGES by John LIGGINS, a little artist book. Rare complete set of the three Transit volumes.
